Responsibilities:
Operate and control the kiln system via the central control room to ensure efficient and optimal production. Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain quality and maximize output while adhering to safety standards. Troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety procedures during kiln operations.
Record and report operational data, abnormalities, and maintenance require ments accurately.
Qualifications:
DAE (Chemical), B.Sc.
10+ years of experience as a CCR Kiln Operator in the cement manufacturing industry

TRAINEE CCR OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
Operational Duties·
Understand and operate the cement plant’s process flow from raw material to finished product.
Monitor and control equipment and processes within the CCR, including raw mills ,kilns, cement mills, and auxiliary equipment
Gather and analyze process data to identify trends and potential issues.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
Contribute to optimizing plant performance in terms of production, quality ,and energy efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
